The item works well and functions for the purpose intended; however, it's not as easy to assemble and the directions were not as helpful as one would expect. Some pieces connect easy, while others don't and there is a piece that didn't connect entirely, so I had to use the ties that came with it. It is sturdy and has not disappointed in that area. I wanted to give it more than 3 stars because overall it's not a bad product, but just couldn't for the reasons stated. The tool it came with wasn't much help and I had to use a needle nose plier to click pieces together.Once you get the idea of how to put together- the concept is simple. Actually snapping all the pieces together is another story. Making sure every angle is snapped gets more complicated the more you build. I bought the 30 cube unit, and I stopped building on the last row of cubes....for now. I can't reach the top, my arms aren't long enough or strong enough to snap in that top row. I bought this for my crafting stuff, and as I've worked building this thing the more worried I've become, wondering if it's actually going to hold up. I've done my best flipping the unit around different angles to get EVERY SINGLE SNAP TO SNAP IN PLACE. I've used the clips, and zip ties. I'm about to load it up with all my stuff (kinda scared), but we shall see!!!! Also, my hands are really sore from all that pushing and clipping clips. The bars hold up well and it is easy to disassemble, BUT DO NOT USE THE INSTRUCTIONS ENCLOSED. The paper instructions are terrible, go to youtube!
